PERFORMANCE AND RECOVERY

Foundation Chiropractic is built on the belief that great care should do more than simply provide temporary relief. Chiropractic care should help people move better, feel stronger, recover more effectively, and build a foundation for long term health.

Our approach combines evidence based chiropractic care, rehabilitation, movement assessment, performance training, and wellness strategies to address the individual as a whole. Rather than relying on adjustments alone, we focus on identifying the factors that may be contributing to pain, limited movement, recurring injuries, or decreased performance.

At Foundation Chiropractic, our goal is not to create dependency on care. Our goal is to give patients the tools, knowledge, strength, and confidence they need to stay active and continue doing the things they love.

Whether someone is recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent pain, looking to improve athletic performance, or simply wanting to move and feel better, we want to help them build a stronger foundation for the future.

Chiropractic Treatment

$100

A combination of hands-on care and performance-based rehab to improve recovery, movement, and build long-term strength and durability.

Focused, one-on-one care based on your goals.

Treatment may include: Soft tissue therapy, chiropractic adjustments, cupping, IASTM, movement retraining, and targeted rehab exercises.

Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT)

$110

Shockwave therapy uses targeted acoustic waves to stimulate blood flow, support tissue healing, and address stubborn musculoskeletal injuries.

Commonly used for:
Plantar fasciitis, tennis/golfer’s elbow, Achilles and patellar tendinopathy, chronic shoulder pain, and other persistent tendon or soft tissue conditions.

Shockwave is integrated with movement and rehab to help create longer-lasting results.

Dry Needling

$295

Target Muscle Tension. Improve Movement.

Dry needling uses thin needles to target tight or sensitive areas of muscle that may contribute to pain and restricted movement.

Commonly used for:
TMJ and jaw tension, neck and shoulder pain, low back tightness, hip dysfunction, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and athletic recovery.

TPI Preformance screening

$100

The TPI Performance Screen evaluates mobility, stability, balance, and movement patterns that may affect your golf swing and overall performance.

The screen may assess:
Hip and shoulder mobility, spinal rotation, balance, core control, and movement limitations related to the golf swing.

Findings are used to create a personalized plan focused on improving movement, reducing physical limitations, and supporting better performance on the course.

Movement screening

$100

Find the Limitation. Improve the Movement.

The Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) helps identify mobility, stability, and movement limitations that may be contributing to pain or restricted performance.

It can be especially useful for athletes who are dealing with pain but are unsure where the problem is coming from. The assessment looks beyond the painful area to identify where movement patterns may be breaking down.

The assessment may evaluate:
Spinal mobility, hip and shoulder movement, balance, stability, and full-body movement patterns.

Findings help guide a more specific treatment and rehab plan focused on restoring movement, improving function, and supporting better performance.

Pediatric Adjustment

$50

Pediatric chiropractic care uses gentle, age-appropriate techniques to help address joint and muscle discomfort, mobility restrictions, and movement issues that can develop as children grow and stay active.

Children may benefit from care when dealing with aches and pains, sports-related stress, minor musculoskeletal injuries, or movement limitations that make everyday activity uncomfortable.

Care may include:
Gentle joint mobilization or adjustment, movement assessment, soft tissue techniques, and age-appropriate mobility or exercise recommendations.

Every treatment is adapted to your child’s age, size, needs, and comfort level with the goal of helping them move comfortably, stay active, and build healthy movement habits as they grow.

For all children under the age of 12
