FAQ
No. While many people first come in because of pain or an injury, chiropractic care can also focus on improving movement, addressing mobility restrictions, and helping you stay active.
Do I need to be in pain to see a chiropractor?
1
Your first visit includes a conversation about your health history, symptoms, activity level, and goals, followed by a comprehensive examination. Depending on your needs, this may include orthopedic testing, movement assessment, mobility testing, neurological testing, and other functional assessments. From there I will explain what we found and develop a plan that makes sense for you.
What should I expect at my first visit?
2
No. Adjustments are only one tool we use. Depending on your condition, care may also include rehabilitation, mobility work, soft-tissue techniques, dry needling, Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, movement screening, and other evidence-informed treatments.
Do you only perform chiropractic adjustments?

Will I need X-rays?

Not everyone needs X-rays. Imaging is recommended only when your history or examination suggests that it could provide useful information or help rule out a condition that may change your treatment plan.
